dc.description.abstractFruitsconsumption of Indonesianis 40.1 kg/capita/year,it’s far enough from therecommendation of FAO,65.7 kg/capita/year. One of a effort to increase fruits consumption is turn fruits into a value-added interesting product like velva fruit. Velva fruit is one of a kind frozen dessert that made from mixture of fruit puree, sugar,and stabilizer. The purpose of this research is to design velva fruit businessmodel. The method used in this research iscustomer development using primary data that obtained through questionnaires. The research found problems that target segments teenager and adult rarely consume fruits due to lazy to peel and serve. On testing solution, velva fruit is offered as snack fruitsand as an alternativefruits consumption. The result showed target customers like the solutions offered and wanted velva fruit made naturally and sold through outlet. Velva fruit business model that changed after testing problems and testing solutions is on value propositionchange to natural and practical productto help consume fruitsand onchannelschange to outlet.en
