dc.description.abstractGiant Gouramy is one of leading commodity Kementerian Kelautan dan Perikanan Republik Indonesia with production increase until 8,8% per year. Problem who often faced by Indonesian farmer in giant gouramy seed delivery is low survival rate due to the water quality change during transportation. One attempt was made to neutralize the ammonia is by adding zeolite and activated carbon in the transportation medium. Transportation carried out for 96 hour, then fish maintained for 14 days. This reaserch used giant gouramy seed size 3 cm with different density 45, 50, 75 and 100 giant gouramy seed/ℓ, zeolite added 20 g/ℓ, actived carbon 10 g/ℓ and salt 5 g/ℓ. The result showed treatment with density 75 carp seed/ℓ better than other treatment. It also showed by the value of the water quality that better than the other treatment. TAN 4,08±4,33 mg/ℓ, DO 4,4 mg/ℓ support the high survival rate 70,67%. Value of post transportation survival maintainance 100%, with growth rate 9,21% daily weight and income Rp 8.957.200.en
