dc.description.abstractBusiness Model Generation (BMG) is an instrument to see much closer on the business style that will be applied. Bale Lombo is a distro business which in a difficulty of business development, applying BMG order to evaluate a businees plan that is being undertaken as a whole, so it can immediately take practical step and strategies to achieve business goals. This study aims to 1) identify all components in the BMG related to the business of Bale Lombo Distro, 2) determine the main component in the customer focus BMG which needs to be concerned for the business improvement, and 3) recommend a development strategy for customer focus BMG’s main component. There are four strategy in the element of BMG will be apply by Bale Lombo for their business development by focusing on customers, such as key activity, value proposition, customer relationship, and channel. The research result showed that choiced strategy is implementation of key activity.en
