dc.description.abstractSmall and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) Agro is the type of business engaged in agriculture. Bogor has many SMEs Agro engaged in processing that relies heavily on the number and skills of available labor. In other words, human capital and social capital have an important role in the development of the SME performance. The purpose of this study are analyze descriptively about human capital, social capital and performance in SMEs Agro Bogor, analyze the effects of human capital and social capital on the performance of SMEs Agro Bogor, and make a recommendation/managerial implications to improve the performance of SMEs Agro Bogor. Descriptive analysis is a structural dimension, other knowledge and productivity are indicator variable priority in forming human capital, social capital, and performance. The results of the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) is the human capital does not affect the performance and social capital significantly influence the performance of the T-statistic value of 4.174. The results of both analysis become the basic of the formation from managerial implications of The House Model which aim to improve the performance of SMEs Agro Bogor.en
