dc.description.abstract | IPB’s library is provider information and support the realization excellent academic of IPB organization. Therefore, it is important to increasing the collection and quality of services that support the activities of users so they feel will satisfied and continue to visit the library to improved their knowledge by analyzing the factors that affect loyalty, such as electronic resources, printed publications, others services, technical facilities, library environment, the human side of user service, user value, and user satisfaction, then knowing significant activities performed by a user based on an analyze the characteristics of the model so the library can determine which factors need to be considered. The results obtained from the questionnaire with 102 samples and analyzed using SEM, done by SmartPLS software, showed that loyalty only get a significant direct effect from the user value with the value of T - statistic > 1.96. Satisfaction factor had no effect on loyalty because the student who seek the benefit not for satisfaction. Alternative solutions are given to improve the criteria based on 7P. | en |
