dc.description.abstractThe current performance of SME is still low, so the model that can improve the performance needs to be designed. Many studies show there is an effect of human and social capital on labor’s performance. Because of that, the model has been designed by those variables. Data analyzed by Descriptive Analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Square, The House Model, and Force Field Analysis (FFA). The results of this study: (1) There is a positive effect of human and social capital on the performance by 41.8 %, (2) The House model consists of a vision to be productive and innovative SMEs in 5 years; two pillars namely the optimization of human and social capital; and supporting behaviour by implement the Key Performance Indicator (KPI) and improve priorities based on the result of IPA; (3) There are 11 supporting factors and 15 inhibiting factors as the result of FFA, (4) The alternative solution in order to implement specific training, improve communication and collaboration, maximize the supporting factors, and minimize the inhibiting factors.en
