dc.description.abstractSJH manual is halal assurance system plan implementation document for corporates or stakeholders. It describes all activities to meet eleven criteria which have been written in Halal Assurance System 23 000 (HAS 23 000). The objection of this research is to result SJH manual which is not difficult to be implemented in micro business unit and to evaluate SJH manual implementation in Sapta Cooperative FATETA-IPB. This research started through chain of actions from identifying business process, gathering data needed, composing SJH manual, implementing SJH manual and admission process for Sapta Cooperative FATETA-IPB halal assurance system certification. Composing SJH manual was begun by identifying business process, material and production facility condition in all micro enterprise unit in Sapta Cooperative FATETA-IPB. Based on those information, SJH manual was composed in a simple form to implement. SJH manual consists of halal policy statement, halal management team, operational procedure of implementation and evaluation of system implementation. It was then able to be used as halal certification registration. Implementation simulation which was held in Sapta Cooperative FATETA-IPB showed that there were several obstacles needed to be solved before advancing to the halal certification process in Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI).en
