      Abstract
      Reuse of wastewater from Air Conditioner (AC) is one alternative that can be used to conserve water resources by using reuse water for toilets, cleaning service, and watering plants. The purpose of this research are to examine the alternative of usage and collectivity that can be done in the utilization of AC wastewater, estimate the economic value of AC, identify factors that influence the magnitude of the economic value of AC wastewater, and analyze the feasibility of the utilization of AC wastewater in Faculty Economics and Management IPB. Methods used for this research were descriptive analysis, Willingness To Pay (WTP), factors analysis that influence WTP value, and Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA). The result showed that based on laboratory test in IPB PROLINK, AC wastewater can be reused for household water usage. WTP value based on the research from sample is Rp 2,36 per liter, this value is low because AC wastewater percepted as sewage. Based on multiple linear regression analysis that has been done, factors that influence WTP value is income level and cost to get the clean water. There are three alternative to collect wastewater from AC, that are (1) reservoir, (2) water torrent, and (3) buckets. Result of the analysis of the feasibility of AC wastewater usage is possible to implement for second and third alternative. Based on feasibility and the value of NPV< Net B/C, and IRR, alternative 2 and alternative 3 are feasible. NPV, Net B/C, and IRR for second alternative is Rp 1.858.711,545, 1,9392, and 24%, whereas for third alternative is Rp 2.473.354,944, 2,7758, and 38,17%. First alternative is not feasible to be implemented because value of NPV < 0, Net B/C < 1, and IRR < interest rate
