dc.description.abstractCivil servants as officers of the state is required to have an excellence, skill, and professional skills to be able to perform government’s tasks and accountability well. To improve performance and create the work motivation, so the companies apply the fair and feasible leaderhip principle. Leadership style becomes the reason of the research implementation because of problems that occurred starting from the turn of the leader. This research aims to determine the leadership style applied by the leader to the civil servants by using descriptive analysis, determine the performance of civil servants by using descriptive analysis. Analyze the influence of leadership style to the performance of civil servants by using multiple linear regeresi analysis. This results show the respondents agree with the four styles of leadership that is authoritarian, participative, delegative, and situational. Employee fulfills the performance standards set out in the list of employee job execution (DP3). The Leadership style is not a positive influence to the employee performance.en
