dc.description.abstract | ATP hydrolysis energy transfer process always involve in biological phenomena such as active transport, mechanical work and biosynthetic reactions. Davydov models used the solid theory with a weakness, the soliton only formed at 0K and for certain parameters. In this research was reviewed the effect of variation in terms of temperature, hydrogen bond spring constant, and excitonphonon interaction constants of the energy dynamics of solitons and nonlinear equations of motion determine the quantum review to explain the dynamics of the energy. Energy equation derived from the the Euler-Lagrange equations of motion with Hamiltonian system. Then numerical analysis methods performed with the fourth-order Runga Kutta using MATLAB R2008b. Variations of temperatures and constant of exciton-phonon interaction affects the the flow of energy soliton. Variations of spring constants of hydrogen bonding affects the energy soliton localization. | en |
