dc.description.abstractChanges in people’s lifestyle and urban congestion that occurs in big cities, peoples prefer to live in apartments and condos. The purpose of this study was: (1) Analyze companies condition in property sector during 2008-2012 according to Indonesia Stock Exchange with fundamental analysis. (2) Comparing the intrinsic value with a fair market value of property companies stock price during 2008-2012 with fundamental analysis. (3) Comparing low or high price of shares in the property sector during 2008-2012 according to Indonesia Stock Exchange with fundamental analysis. During 2008-2012, Alam Sutera Realty completely undervalued. Similarly, Bumi Serpong Damai and Sentul City well being undervalued position too. While Lippo Karawaci and Surya Semesta Internusa are more in overvalued position. The cheapest stocks in 2008-2012 based on calculation of Price Earning Ratio is Surya Semesta Internusa and the most expensive is Sentul City.en
