dc.description.abstractPremenstrual syndrome (PMS) is a disorder characterized by symptoms that are manifested during the late luteal phase of the menstrual cycle and end shortly after the onset of menstruation. This research aimed to know assotiation between food intakes and premenstrual syndrome of adolescent school girls at Bina Insani Senior High School Bogor . This study design was cross-sectional study. Sampling method was purposive sampling. The number of samples that used was 59 adolescent school girls at 1st and 2nd grade. The result was there was no related between food habits with premenstrual syndrome and there was a relation between intake of calcium and vitamin B on premenstrual syndrome (p<0.05). High intake of calcium and vitamin B, it might reduce premenstrual syndrome.en
