dc.description.abstractThe internship is aimed to enhance the knowledge, technical and managerial skills and having work experience. The specific objective is to study the management of waste palm oil mill effluent and empty bunch as organic fertilizer. Application of empty bunch in Sungai Bahaur Estate uses mulching technique and placed next to midrib forming the letter U (U shape). Production of area that is applied by empty bunch has no differences been real with the land that is not applied by empty bunch. Application of palm oil mill effluent using land application system on flat bed. Waste were distributed by pipeline to the area. Application of palm oil mill effluent has not yet influenced the production and productivity of palm oil. All the samples of waste palm oil mill effluent are in complied to regulation no 35 in 2007 and no 28 in 2003 decision environment ministers, so the activity of the water treatment plant had no give negative impact to environmenten
