      Uji Korelasi Konsentrasi Hara Nitrogen, Fosfor dan Klium Daun dengan Produksi dan Kualitas buah Manggis

      Abstract
      Leaf analysis can be used as a guide to diagnose nutritional status and basic of fertilizer recommendation for fruits tree, there for, sampling technique of standard leaf have to be established. Leaves age are the most important factor to estimate of fruits nutritional status. Correct leaf sampling technique for the best correlation between leaf nutrient concentration with growth and yield should be developed. The objective of study is to find out the best correlation between leaf N, P, and K concentration with growth and yield of mangosteen. Leaf nutrient concentration have investigated on the three area mangosteen production orchard, there are Bogor Regency, Tasikmalaya Regency and Purwakarta Regency. Fifteen uniform and representative mangosteen tree have been sampling every month, to analyze N, P, K concentration. The results showed that Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium on the leaves decreased when increasing leaves old. Contents of Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium in Purwakarta more than from of the contents in Tasikmalaya and Bogor. Contents correlation of N, P, and K from each leaves old versus production were variated, higher, middle and low. Leaves from Purwakarta have high correlation with production that fourth month leaves old have correlation coefficient is 0.711 of Phosphorus and Potassium, and fifth month leaves old have correlation coefficient is 0.749 of Nitrogen and 0.702 of Potassium. Leaves from Bogor, fifth month leaves old have correlation coefficient is 0.728 of Nitrogen and 0.762 of Fosfor. Leaves from Tasikmalaya have not high correlation between nutrient contents of N, P, and K with Production. But sixth month leaves old have middle correlation, with correlation coefficient is 0.683 of Phosphorus and Potassium. Leaves Sampling to diagnosing nutrient of mangosteen suggested fourth, fifth and sixth months leaves old.
