Pengaruh Realisasi APBD Bidang Pertanian Terhadap Pertumbuhan Sektor Pertanian di Kabupaten Bogor

Abstract

This study focused on the impact of district-budget allocation on growth of agriculture sector in Bogor Regency which is measured by growth of agriculture gross domestic product and recommends a policy base on the result of the analysis. The study was conducted by using multiple regression method with a time lag effect in the model, given that the budget will have an impact after one year. Models built using the expenditures variable of capital, operations and employees as independent variables and GDP growth in the agricultural sector as the dependent variable. The data used are secondary data of agricultural sector budget allocation and agricultural GDP obtained from the Bappeda and BPS Bogor regency. The study indicate that the expenditure variable of capital and operating has positive and significant impact on agricultural growth of the agricultural sector in Bogor regency, while expenditure variable of employee and significant negative effect on the growth of the agricultural sector in Bogor. Based on the results, the capital and operating budget must be increased to gain a positive impact on agricultural growth in Bogor Regency, addressing personnel expenditures that has a negative impact on the growth of agricultural sector, the policy is to increase the performance of agriculture officials by providing a work guidance.
