| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to describe development planning process in village, analized factors influenced in community participation and analized valuation process after the planning development. Qualitative approach within depth-interviews and participant observation was use to analyze the changes that occur. The process and the factors supporting and inhibiting change. Quantitative approach using survey method and and take the 44 respondents from the local community who attend in planning development process. From the research result, it can be concluded that: 1) Planning development process has not implemented well in Cihideung Ilir village, Ciampea Regency, i.e. a) some steps of development planning process in every village had not been held, especially in step which people were involved to decide important program proposed to regency level. 2) Society participation in development planning in Cihideung Village was still low.Therefore, it needs an accomplishment in participative development planning, an optimization of problem identification and society need assessment, and an improvement of understanding from villege and district bureaucracy staffs and society element about development planning. | en |
