The purposes of this study were to analyze the correlation of energy and protein intake with physical endurance, water consumption with physical endurance and supplements with physical endurance. Cross sectional design was applied in this study at Education Center of Engineers (Pusdikzi) and the Education Center for Strategic Intelligence (Pusdikintel Strat) Kodiklat TNI. Total sample are 107 male students. Drinks frequencies in both Pusdikzi (62.2%) and Pusdikintel (72.2%) were > 8 glass/day, prefered drinking time was after wake up in Pusdikzi (58.5%) and in Pusdikintel Strat (53.7%), plain water in Pusdikzi was bottled plain water (55.6%) because it is safe and healthy (57.4%). Subject in Pusdikintel Strat prefered non-bottled plain water (68.9%) because safe and healthy (54.7%). Pearson correlation test result showed that there was significant correlation between energy (p<0.05, r=0.395 ) and protein level intake (p<0.05, r=0.588) with physical endurance (VO2max). There was also significant correlation between water sufficient level with physical endurance (VO2max) (p<0.05). Rank Spearman correlation test result showed that there was significant correlation between supplement consumption and physical endurance (VO2max) (p<0.05.)en
