Hubungan Tingkat Kesukaan dan Asupan Energi dan Protein terhadap Daya Tahan Fisik Siswa Pusat Pendidikan TNI
Abstract
This study was aimed to analyze the correlation between food preferences and energy protein intake with physical endurance in Indonesian Military Student Center. Cross sectional design was applied in this study at Pusdikzi and Pusdikintel Strat Kodiklat TNI. Total subject were 107 students. The result showed that food preferences between two kinds student had no difference. The recommended daily allowances, intake also level adequacy of energy and protein on Pusdikzi was higher with Pusdikintel Strat significanly (p<0.05). The physical endurance of two kinds showed Pusdikzi was higher significanly between Pusdikintel Strat. Spearman test correlation result showed there was an association between age (p<0.051, r=0.245) and nutritional status (p>0.05, r=0.017) with food preferences. There no association between food preferences with energy (p>0.05, r=0.021) and protein level intake (p>0.05, r=-0.048). There was an association between energy (p<0.05, r=0.395) and protein adequacy level (p<0.05, r=0.588) with physical endurance.
