Parasitoids are potential and effective to regulate insect pest. The objective of this research is to analize the diversity of parasitoids in forest and agricultural land of Naena Muktipura village, Mimika Regency, Papua. Insects were collected with malaise trap and yellow-pan trap which were set in Forest Health Monitoring cluster. Diversity is analyzed with Margalef Richness Indicies (R2), Shannon- Wiener Diversity Indicies (H’) and Pielou Eveness Indicies (E1). The result shows that value of R2, H’ and E1 in forest are higher (11.36, 3.53 and 0.79) than agricultural land (8.93, 2.81 and 0.62). Parasitoids in forest are dominated by Tachinids (Diptera) and Scelionids (Hymenoptera) while agricultural land are dominated by Phorids (Diptera) and Diapriids (Hymenoptera). Forest around agricultural land is potential to be conservation patch of parasitoid.
