dc.description.abstractGalohgor is a traditional Sundanese herbal medicine made from 56 kinds of medicinal plants. Galohgor is believed to increase the production of breast milk (ASI), hastened uterus involution and improve physical fitness after delivery (post partum). This research aims to study formulation, acceptability for Honey-Galohgor product, and nutrients content of Honey-Galohgor product. The research was carried out through several phases, the preparation of Galohgor, followed by the extraction, formulation, analysis of nutrient content, and organoleptic test of the product. Honey-Galohgor was made from honey, Galohgor, water, and Sodium-Carboxy metyl cellulose (CMCNa) as suspending agent. The organoleptic test result showed that Honey-Galohgor powder product is more prefereble compared to Honey-Galohgor extract, regarding its taste and aroma. The nutrient content of Honey-Galohgor Extract is higher compared to Honey-Galohgor Powder, except for its carbohydrate content.en
