      Abstract
      CV Azka Syahrani is a small to medium convection industry, involved in the production of Muslim fashion. The characteristic of this product is the application of embroidery which is done manually. To increase the added value and competitiveness of their products, this company needs to develop its business development strategy; one aspect studied is the product diversification strategy. Strategy analysis using AHP involve several diversified textile products experts from CV Azka Syahrani, garment practitioners and operations production management. The purpose of this analysis is Improving Competitiveness Strategy through Product Diversification in Small to Medium Garment Enterprises. The main factors/criteria that support the success of this product diversification are aspects of Ideas and Design Creativity, the actors associated with the criteria to be achieved in this study is the Manager of Research and Development. Based on the priority, the objectives of the actor in this study are firstly to Improve the Customer Satisfaction. An operating strategy alternative is selected based on the results of the AHP study Product Diversification with Expanding the Segmentis the priority. To ameliorate the discussion, the alternative products that have potential to be developed were then studied by using the Exponential Comparison Method (ECM) with criteria are Market Demand, Company Revenue, Diversification Cost, Development of Marketing Network, and the Competition Level. From the results of the study on the diversification of textile products using the ECM, it is known that first priority is the Exclusive Muslim Clothing, 2nd the Competitive Prices Muslim Clothing, 3th the Muslim Clothing for Workers, and 4th the Muslim Clothing for Students. Managerial study is that the company is recommended to produce the Exclusive Muslim Clothing because it is more potential than other types of clothing, by developing the creative design of each product produced.
