      Abstract
      Heavy equipment are capital goods with high investment value was used as the means of production are usually on the operations of public works and mining industries, in connection with the State of Indonesia is a developing country and also rich mine of materials, so the use of equipment is very much in our beloved country the prospects are very good. In the course of PT. Bukit Jaya Utama needs to be done the following things, (1) To identify the position of PT. Bukit Jaya Utama based on internal and external factors (2) To find out the business development strategy review service parts supply and maintenance of PT. Bukit Jaya Utama (3) To strategize the development of PT. Bukit Jaya Utama. Based on the back ground presented, it can be formulated the following issues : (1) How does the position of PT. Bukit Jaya Utama based on internal and external factors ? (2) How can service business development strategy of the supply of spare parts and maintenance PT. Bukit Jaya Utama ? (3) Where appropriate development strategies at the PT.Bukit Jaya Utama ? The results of matrix analysis of Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix Internal and External (IE) obtained values respectively 2.651 and 2.482. From the SWOT analysis (Strengths, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats) obtained following the strategy, namely (a) improving productivity, (b) improvement of service, (c) improve the efficiency of procurement of raw materials, (d) increase the volume of sales with marketing effectiveness, (e ) preserve and maintain the quality of the products, (f) improve collaboration with suppliers, (g) improve production technology and product quality, and (h) improving distribution channels. While the quantitative analysis of the calculation, Strategic, Planning Matrix (QSPM) got 3 (three) main strategies can be developed PT. Bukit Jaya Utama Key to the value of each of the following (a) improvement of service (5.557), (b) improve production technology and product quality (5.388) and (c) preserve and maintain the quality of the products (5.169)
