      Akumulasi Logam Berat Tembaga (Cu) pada Ikan Nila (Oreochromis niloticus) yang Dipelihara pada Media Berisi Sedimen dari Waduk Cirata

      Abstract
      Copper in water will bind to the particulate colloidal aggregates and suspended particulates that will eventually accumulate in sediment. copper in the sediment will be recycled into the water above the sediment. This is of course very dangerous for consumption because copper can be carried away by existing tilapia Cirata Reservoir through bioaccumulation. The purpose of this study was to determine bioconcentration factor between sediment, water, and fish and measure the cumulative effects on fish growth. Aquarium design study made similar to the floating net cages with a reduced scale. Results bioconcentration factor values (BCF) fish between sediments have low accumulative properties, namely 0.6069, whereas the copper bioconcentration factor in fish and copper in the water has a high accumulative nature of the 7467. Copper in sediment are not providing a direct influence on the accumulation in fish and copper in the water directly influence the accumulation in fish. The presence of high copper in the body and the environment influence on specific growth rate of tilapia during the study, with a significant decrease during the 6 weeks of observation.
       
      Tembaga di perairan akan berikatan dengan koloid dan partikulat tersuspensidan akhirnya terakumulasi dalam sedimen. Tembaga dalam sedimen akan terdaur ulang kedalam air yang berada di atas sedimen. Tentu saja sangat b erbahaya untuk dikonsumsi karena tembaga dapat terbawa oleh ikannila yang ada di Waduk Cirata melalui bioakumulasi.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui faktor biokonsentrasi antara sedimen, air, dan ikan serta mengukur efek akumulasi terhadap pertumbuhan ikan. Desain akuarium penelitian di buat mirip dengan keramba jaring apung dengan skala yang diperkecil. Hasil nilai faktor biokonsentrasi (BCF) antara tembaga pada ikan dan tembaga pada sedimen memiliki sifat akumulatif rendah yaitu 0,6069, sedangkan faktor biokonsentrasi antara tembaga pada ikan dan tembaga pada air memiliki sifat akumulatif tinggi yaitu 7467. Konsentrasi tembaga didalam sedimen tidak memberikan pengaruh langsung terhadap akumulasi pada ikan dan konsentasi tembaga didalam air memberikan pengaruh secara langsung terhadap akumulasi pada ikan. Keberadaan tembaga yang tinggi didalam tubuh dan lingkungan memberikan pengaruh terhadap laju pertumbuhan spesifik ikan nila selama penelitian, dimana terjadi penurunan yang signifikan selama 6 minggu pengamatan.
