Keragaman Fenotipe Truss Morfometrik Ikan Lele Sangkuriang (Clarias sp.) pada Beberapa Ukuran Benih

The aim of this study was to evaluate the variability of 21 morphometric phenotypes character by truss morphometric method among 4 groups of different size (5, 7, 9, and 11 cm) on 30 seeds catfish (Clarias sp.) occurs 70 days in rearing pond (2,5 x 2 x 1 m3). Intrapopulation variance of 21 phenotypes truss morphometric at 4 sizes seeds were measured 0,03-0,21 and heritability 0,06-6,3%. Based on MANOVA analysis, the variance of truss morphometric phenotypic on character A2 (left pectoral fin-right pectoral fin) and A4 (left feeler barbels maxillaris 1 – right maxilaris 1) were phenotypes distinguish the group of size seed 7 cm at lowest similarity index among other populations that was equal to 13,11%. Penilitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi keragaman 21 karakter fenotipe morfometrik yang menggunakan metode truss morfometrik pada 4 kelompok benih ikan lele sangkuriang (Clarias sp.) berukuran 5, 7, 9, dan 11 cm sebanyak 30 ekor benih pada tiap ukuran. Benih tersebut dipelihara pada kolam berukuran 2,5 x 2 x 1 m 3 selama 70 hari. Keragaman intrapopulasi 4 ukuran benih 21 fenotipe truss morfometrik berada pada kisaran 0,03 -0,21 dengan heritabilitas 0,06 -6,3%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis MANOVA, keragaman fenotipe truss morfometrik pada karakter A2 (sirip dada kiri-sirip dada kanan) dan A4 (sungut maxilaris 1 kiri– sungut maxi laris 1 kanan) merupakan variabel pembeda yang mengelompokkan benih ukuran 7 cm pada indeks kemiripan paling rendah dengan populasi lainnya yaitu sebesar 13,11%.
