dc.description.abstract | This research proposes the dissemination of information about IPB to users who are on campus location. It also aims to build an information system that applies usability methods during system development so it can build a user-friendly and also easy–to-learn system. This information system will be installed into touch screen that will make users able to interact with system directly. Today‟s touch screens are often durable and robust and work well in environments where it will be exposed to wear. Another advantage is that touch screens are intuitive to use. However, good and rich content is not enough to make users explore it. The content has to be easily accessible and presented in a usable and experiential way. Based on the analysis of Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ), the development of Sistem Informasi Kehumasan IPB managed to perform a well usability. This is shown by the value of overall satisfaction (OVERALL) = 5.48, and obtained a value for each attribute, the system usefullness (SYSUSE) = 5.69, information quality (INFOQUAL) = 5.39, and interface quality (INTQUAL) = 5.20 on a 7 point-scale. | en |
