dc.description.abstractShrimp is a product of fishery that most widely traded in the world. With a market share of approximately 14%, shrimp trade diversified from fresh shrimp to frozen shrimp and processed shrimp. In 2007, world demand for frozen shrimp reached 1,673,756 tons while in 2008 the world demand for shrimp declined 18.24%. Factors affecting the demand for shrimp are market conditions, quality of shrimp, and financial invesment. Investment in the shrimp agro-industry is still lower than other fisheries sector, because its having high risk. Decision support system of investment feasibility for Vaname shrimp agroindustry is a web based decision support system, which will assist the decision makers especially businessman and investor in making investment feasibility quickly, precisely, and accurately. Financing schemes that studied is the Islamic financing scheme, because the schemes more related to capacity and characteristic of small and medium enterpries, as well as public awareness of halal products usage. The main purpose of this research is to determine the pattern of Islamic financing schemes for the optimal of profit and loss sharing in mudharabah and musyarakah schemes. Especially to develop islamic financing model that can measure the financing benefit and feasibility level for the non interest based in Islamic financing businessman. Decision support system of investment feasibility for vaname shrimp with islamic financing schemes consists of two models, the first is shrimp cultivation and the second is for frozen shrimp agro-industry. Each model consist of several sub model, wich are financial analysis, analysis of the financing risk level, the minimum profit of investors analysis, analysis of the optimal revenue sharing, profit rate financing for entrepreneurs and investors, analysis of financing benefits level, and the last is analysis of the Islamic financing schemes feasibility. The finansial analysis used to know the value from parameter of invesment elegibility from finance aspect. The financing risk level used to determine the risk level from the scheme. The minimum profit of investors analysis used to look for the goals to advantage minimize which must be obtained by investors from the investment. The analysis of the optimal revenue sharing used to look for the optimal proportion of sharing holder which can be used from defrayal scheme. The profit rate financing for entrepreneurs and investors analysis used to know the benefit level for entrepreneur and LKS from a number of invesment. Analysis of financing benefits level used to determine the benefit level from defrayal scheme. And the Islamic financing schemes feasibility used to determine the feasibility level of the scheme. Vanamest.Org is the web based decision support system, which have some benefits, include easily in acces for make simulation can done by anywhere and anytime. In the other hands, this application is provided by the correction and update the data facility, so the user can earn easily manipulation of various data that becomes assumption in the feasibility scheme simulation. In Vanamest.Org, there are four especial sub menu, consist of sub financial input, risk evaluastion, benefit evaluation, and feasibility evaluation. Each sub menu representing the function of each sub model from database management system in Vanamest.Org. The simulation result for shrimp agriculture show that the business with a total investment of Rp 214,480,500.00 and the financing risk level is medium, feasible if funded by islamic financing schemes above 95% of total investment. With the semi-intensive technology, 50 ekor/m2 spreading, and 80% survival rate, was found in average vaname shrimp production reached 400,000 heads or 7.600 kg per harvest, with a total turnover Rp 243.200.000,00. With an average selling price of Rp 32,000.00 /kg and assume the productivity from the first year until the fourth year in a row are 70%, 80%, 90% and 100%, obtained Break Even Point production are 8.036 kg or amount of Rp 281.266.800,00. The simulation result for frozen shrimp agro-industry with total investment of 29,974,010,500.00 and the financing risk level is low, feasible if funded with islamic financing schemes above 65%. With a production capacity of 485 tons per month and 70% efficiency, was founded in production reached 339.500 kg per month or the total turnover of Rp 36.774.500.000,00. With an average frozen shrimp export selling price Rp 110,900.00 /kg and the assume that the productivity from the first year until the fifth year in a row are 80%, 85%, 90%, 95%, and 100%, obtained the Break Even Point production are 453,358 kg or amount of Rp 50.292.560.900,00.en
