Analisis Kontribusi Konsumsi Ikan terhadap Kecukupan Energi dan Zat Gizi Ibu Hamil di Bogor
Abstract
This study based on a part of Study on Nutritional Status and Food Patterns of Pre-Pregnant Women (at child-bearing age), Pregnant and Lactating Mothers was carried out by SEAFAST Center IPB. The subjects of this study were 203 pregnant women, at their second trimester of pregnancy in six districts in Bogor city. The objective of this study was to determine the contribution of fish consumption toward adequacy of energy and nutrients for pregnant women in Bogor. Salted fish (type of anchovy) was consumed by the most of the samples. Overall the contributions of energy, protein, fat, calcium, iron, vitamin A, folic acid and zink of fish toward total intake were 3.6%, 8.5%, 5.4%, 13.6%, 5.5%, 6.0%, 2.3% and 3.4%, respectively. There was significant (p<0.1) difference contribution of protein, calcium, vitamin A and folic acid of fish toward total intake based on socio economic level. Contribution of energy, protein, calcium, iron, vitamin A, folic acid and zinc from fish toward Indonesian RDA’s were 2.6 %, 10.7 %, 9.2 %, 3.6 %, 2.1 %, 0.7 %, and 4.7 %, respectively.
