      Abstract
      Having regard to the potential market broom, both in and outside the country, PT. XYZ has decided to capture the market opportunities with increase its production capacity by trying to enter the domestic market previously the entire results of export-oriented production. To take advantage of market opportunities and change the orientation of the product then the company needs the support fund from a financial institution bank that can help the achievement of corporate goals. The role of financial institutions, banking in this case is channeling financing in the form of investment. The purpose of the study is to (1) Knowing aspects management, technical and production, finance and marketing company in carrying out the feasibility of the arrangement of financing, (2) Analyzing the feasibility of granting financing of PT. XYZ according to the provisions of the bank, (3) Drawing up development strategies of broom business at Karawang. The methods used in this study : ( 1) Analysis of financial ratios used were : liquidity ratio, leverage, cash flow ratio and profitability ratio, (2) Feasibility analysis of invesment criteria that is used Net Present Value (NPV), Pay Back Period (PBP), Break Even Point (BEP), Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C) dan Internal Rate of Return (IRR). The methods used for the marketing strategy is Segmentating, Targeting and Positioning (STP) method and management strategy by usind analysis of Internal Strategic Factor Analysis Sumarry (IFAS), External Strategic Factor Analysis Sumarry (EFAS), Strength, Weakness, opportunities and Threats (SWOT) and Matrix Quantitative Strategic Planning (QSPM). The next set of marketing strategy by using marketing mix. On the basis of feasibility analysis through aspect of management which is supported by the long experience of the board of directors and managers of company in the industrial broom. Technical aspect and the production is supported by a complete business facilities and own property, large of installed capacity and a good mastery of technical production. Aspect of marketing that is supported by the market remains and business prospects. The Financial aspect of supporting investment feasibility of a plan to build plant in Desa Purwasari, Karawang, with an Net Present Value (NPV) positive of Rp. 831,16 million and an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 18,63% (higher than the capital interest of 13,50%), and a Pay Back Period (PBP) for 6 year 1 month PBP (shorter than the 7-year credit term). PT. XYZ meet the requirements of 6 C’s analysis (Character, Capital, Capacity, Collateral, Condition of Economy and Constraint). Result of the identification of internal factors there are five strengths and five weaknesses but on external factors there are four opportunities and four threats. In this case is obtained Internal Factor Analysis Summary (IFAS) of 2,559 and External Factor Analysis Summary (EFAS) of 2,721, the position of business in the matrix of IE located in the fifth (growth). The most appropriate strategies development of broom business at Karawang are maintaining good relations with customers and improve product quality and service (score 6,03), improved sales and expanding market share (score 5,22), recruiting skilled employees and improve the marketing skills (score 5,21). These three strategies can be implemented simultaneously, due to mutual support to each other.
