Analisis Kinerja Waktu Pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Perpustakaan Dengan Menggunakan Metode Jalur Kritis (Studi Kasus : Proyek X Oleh PT. ABC)
Abstract
Construction in Indonesia is still continuing to meet a range of facilities required. In the implementation of a project, there are some aspects that should be concern, such as limited time, cost, and good in quality and safety. Limited availability of time on the project development is a challenge that must be resolved by implementing the development. A good and reliable project management is the main key of development project can be completed according to plan. Performances of a project, including time, cost, and also quality and safety performance. A construction project must be able to achieve a good performance. Therefore, it takes an instrument and method to analyze the performance of the project during the project underway, especially the time performance. This study will be focused in analyzing project management that is time performance at library construction Project X by PT. ABC. This study will be comparing library development project which use Barchart and S curve with Critical Path Method, by using Microsoft Project 2010 software to analyze time performance every week during construction. Analyze of this study shows that the library building has already been built corresponding plan and has appropriate with critical path method. There is some discrepancies identified comparing with plan schedule, it shows that some works has done behind schedule, but overall the construction can be finished on schedule. Realization of the cumulative weekly weight always exceeds cumulative weekly weight plan, with the smallest value at first week (+0.4888%) and the largest value at thirteenth week (+10.4538%). But, there are several weeks of work that realization of the cumulative weekly weight does not reach the plan, at sixth week (-2.3986%), seventh week (-1.3036%), and the tenth week (-1.7140%). At last the project management on time performance during the library construction Project X by PT. ABC shows a good performance.
