The study was conducted to determine the effectiveness of recombinant giant grouper growth hormone (rElGH) applied to 12-day-old climbing perch by immersion at different doses. The effectiveness test based on growth and survival rates were performed by four different rElGH doses; 0, 3, 6, and 12 mg/L in triplicates. Before immersion process was conducted, the fish were shocked in 3% saline solution for 2 minutes. Then immersion was conducted for 2 hours in rElGH solution. That solution was made by mixing the BSA 0.01% and rElGH in 0.5% saline water. The result showed that immersed juvenile fish in 12 mg/L rElGH dose increased 4% of biomass than controls.en
