Along with the fast of development in the city, then the frequency of vehicles on the highway is also higher, which causes the level of exhaust emissions from vehicles is also increasing. Increased levels of vehicle exhaust emissions will spread into the surrounding area and as a result can disrupt public health. Development of transportation policies that are less well and did not pay attention to aspects of public health will certainly exacerbate the negative impacts. This study aims to (1) identify the spread of Pb and dust conditions that exist today, (2) analyze the distribution of Pb, dust and CO levels to develop environmental management on the impact of air pollution risk in relation to local public health, and formulate management policy directives regional environmental impact of air pollution. Methods of analysis used is descriptive method, laboratory analysis by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometer (AAS) and gravimetric, and analysis of hierarchy process (AHP). Results showed that air pollution from motor vehicles such as carbon monoxide (CO), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur oxides (SO2), lead (Pb), dust, generally above the threshold exceeds the ambient air quality standards, especially noise = 75 dBA, carbon monoxide gas = 3292,5 μg/Nm³ and dust = 218,10 g/m³ on environmental quality standards. Pollutants is very dangerous to human life because it can cause disease. Pb in plants at 4,3 ppm, efforts to reduce levels of Pb and dust can be a limitation of the vehicle, entry restrictions, parking restrictions, regulating traffic zone, day without driving, cycling, application of new technologies, and planting vegetation. Pb in hair traffic police officers on duty during: 0,3 ppm five years, ten years of 0,6 ppm and 0,8 ppm fifteen years. Alternative policies that can be selected in the field of environmental management of the impact of air pollution in Jakarta is an age restriction of motor vehicles. The most influential factor is not feasible to use the vehicle first, second and third the existence of incentives or vegetation maintained disintive Green Open Space (RTH). Activities must be supervised by the government, in this case the Ministry of Health, Board of Transportation and the Environment Agency and the Police are the most important actor role in maintaining air quality in Jakarta.en
