Environment quality has been worsening year to year; building’s sector contributes 66 % of fossil fuels pollution’s sources. The technique in building constructions needs to be changed in more environmental friendly manner. Global Eco-village Network (GEN) has developed tool, which is called Community Sustainability Assessment (CSA). GEN has defined ways that can bring the world to be more sustainable and popularly known as Eco-village and Eco-house. Indigenous people, such as the Inner Baduy community, from longstanding experience have developed systems as their local wisdoms adapting to its environment and buildings in a sustainable manner. This study is emphasized the importance of traditional knowledge in terms of providing low input energy buildings and settlement. The objective of this study are: (1) Evaluation of sustainability of the Inner Baduy community base on Community Sustainability Assesment., (2) Reconstruction of Inner Baduy’s site plan and houses, (3) Evaluation of local wisdom concept in housing based on CSA. The study results are, CSA criteria have reached total number 1196 in level of sustainability; which is 432 on ecological aspect, 348 on social aspect, and 414 on spiritual aspect. Therefore, the Inner Baduy settlement shows a very good progress towards sustainability. A reconstruction of the Inner Baduy house and settlement has been drawn by technical drawings with a computer program called SketchUp 8. The technical drawings consist of site plan, plan, section and details drawings. A distribution profile of ventilation and temperature is simulated using SolidWork 2010 software. Validation on errors between measured and simulation’s data has been done by root mean square errors and umber of confident reach R2= 0,96 means that simulation result is not diferent from measured data. Simulation result describe that maximum ventilation rate is 0,75 m/sec and room temperature are evenly distributed throughout the house at maximum rate 34,16 o C at noon and the minimum relative humidity is 60 %. The inside climatic condition is distributed well inside the house and it has very much impact by outside condition. The stage and porous bamboo houses has a very good ventilation and suitable for usage in tropical regionen
