Perbandingan siklus estrus, bobot uterus, dan periode bunting semu pada mencit yang mengalami autotransplantasi ovarium di Subkutan dan Subkapsula ginjal

Abstract

The aim of this study was to compare oestrous cycle, uterine weight and length of pseudopregnancy of mice after ovary autografted in subcutaneous and under the kidney capsule. The experiment were drawn up as follow: experiment I, 2-3 months of age female DDY mice with normal oestrus cycles were grouped on shame surgery without autografted (control, n=12), subcutaneous autografted ovaries (n=12), and under kidney capsule autografted avaries (n=12). Oestrous cycles were examined daily and on day 30, mice were sacrificed, uterine were weighed, and ovary were prepared for histological evaluation. In experiment II, mice were grouped at previous: control (n=11), subcutaneous autografted ovaries (n=15), and under kidney capsule autografted ovaries (n=11).
