Keragaman Spora FMA Hasil Isolasi dari Bawah Tegakan Dipterocarpaceae (di Areal IUPHHK-HA PT Sari Bumi Kusuma Kalimantan Barat)
Diversity of AMF Spores Isolation from Dipterocarpaceae Stand (in Area IUPHHK-HA PT Sari Bumi Kusuma West Kalimantan).
Abstract
AMF (Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi) could be symbiosis with plants of various types of ecosystems, one of them the ecosystem in PT Sari Bumi Kusuma that dominated by Dipterocarpaceae family. The purpose of this study is to analyze the diversity of AMF in Dipterocarpaceae forest ecosystems in the area of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma West Kalimantan. Soil samples taken from three locations that exist in PT Sari Bumi Kusuma. Isolation of spores from soil samples is done by using the wet sieving and decanting method. Spores were identified by looking at the spores reaction after etched with a Melzer solution. Spore density in the location three is higher than the location one and two. AMF spore density values are not influenced by physical and chemical properties of soil. The diversity value of AMF spores in each locations are three genera but the kinds of the genus in location one and two different with location three. Glomus and Acaulospora genus are found in all locations. Genus Gigaspora was found in location one and two, while the genus Scutellospora was found only in location three. Glomus has a relative abundance value higher than the three other genera, that is equal to 48,43%, while Gigaspora has the lowest value, amounting to 3,13%. Glomus genus has the greatest frequency with a value of 79,17%. This indecated that the Glomus genus 79,17% spread of the three locations that exist in the area of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma. Spores of genus Gigaspora have the lowest frequency value that is equal to 8,33%, it is mean that the existence of the spread is only 8,33% of the three locations that exist in the area of PT Sari Bumi Kusuma FMA (Fungi Mikoriza Arbuskular) dapat bersimbiosis dengan tanaman dari berbagai tipe lokasi, salah satunya dengan lokasi yang ada di PT Sari Bumi Kusuma yang didominasi oleh famili Dipterocarpaceae.
