This research was conducted to observe the parasitic worms on the goldfish and see the relationship between the infestation of worms with the hematology of goldfish. The organs which examined were the gills and the intestines. This research used 30 samples. Ten samples were taken from the Pasar Anyar Bogor Tengah, ten samples from Batu Tulis Bogor Selatan and ten samples from Baranang Siang Bogor Timur. The results showed that the gills of goldfish were 100% infected with parasitic worms. The intestines were not infected with parasitic worms. Parasites that identificated in goldfish’s gills were Monopisthocotylea and Dactylogyrus sp.. Leukocyte profile of the goldfish showed an increase in the neutrophils and the eosinophils.
