Oyong (Luffa acutangula) is an Asian tropical plant and belongs to Cucurbitaceae family. When young, it used as a cooking vegetable and going to dried out when it mature, from a brown fibers that can be used as a scrub. The scrub can be added to soap as a scrubber which can remove died skin cells on body surface. The objectives of this research were to determine correlation between concentration and form of scrubber oyong and soap characteristics objectively and subjectively (the panelists acceptance response). This research used completely randomized design with two factor that is concentration and form of scrubber oyong. There are three steps were done on this research. The first step was analyzed the characteristic oyong fibers, including the water content and saponin identification. The second step was soap making process and the third step was analyzed the soap characteristics according to SNI. The result was processed with rangking test to find out soap with similar characteristic according to SNI. The first rank soap was produced for organoleptic test. The results, oyong fibers water contain was 10.26% with negative result on saponin test. The results of variety test and soap characteristic showed that concentration and form of scrubber oyong added were non influenced to water content, fatty acid value, unsoluble material on alcohol, free alkaline value as NaOH, unsaponifiable fraction and pH value. Scrub soap with 0,62 % oyong fibers added was similar characteristic according to SNI and continued to organoleptic test. The panelist responses showed that scrub soap's appearance, color, stiff impress, aroma and skin impress were accepted well.en
