Rafflesia hasseltii Suringar was found at Bukit Tiga Puluh National Park. Local name of this species is "cendawan muka harimua". Habitat of R. hasseltii is lowland rain forest. As a holoparasite, R. hasseltii has no steam or leaves. The host of R. hasseltii is liana, such as Tetrastigma lanceolarium. Environmental factors, including biotic and abiotic factors, that affect the existence of R hasseltii are vegetation, animals, soil, climate and human adtivities. Conservation problems of R. hasseltii are shifting cultivation, ilegal cutting and other human activities.
