Abstract

The study was conducted against the backdrop of social conditions, economic communities in the East Village Lower District Rambah Rambah Rokan Hulu is still considered low and difficult to increase. According to 2007 data 80.8% of less educated people. While the potential institutional Ta'lim Assembly in the village is very good, strong and has long been available in the village (hereditary).
