Supervolusi pada Kelinci Persilangan dengan Aplikasi "Pregnant Mare Serum Gonodotrophin" dan “Luteinizing Hormone"

Abstract

Injection of PMSG and its combination with LH resulted super ovulation in rabbit. Ovulation from the left ovary were higher (7.9%) than those from the right one. The mean of embryos collected and that of abnormal ones were 77.39 and 15.1 percent respectively. The embryos highest, however the abnormal from PMSG (6.17%) were the lowest. the treatment had only a significant affect on the number of ovulation. The relationship between left and right ovary in number of ovulation was significant.
