Regenarasi Pucuk, Daun Dan Petiol Tanaman Strawberry (Fragaria X Ananassa) CV. Sweet Heart In Vitro

Abstract

Cytokinin BA and auztn NAA had been used to promote the gro~th and development of 3 plant parts namely: shoot. leaf, and petiole from strawberry cv. Sweet Heart grown In vitro. TlIIO exrperiments had been carried out In tissue culture lab of Department of Agronomy IPB. The First experiment was designed to study combination of BAP and NAA which supported growth and development of explants, while the first experiment designed to study the rooting of shoot buds obtained from the first experiment.
