Pengaruh NaCl Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Terung cv. Senryo dan cv. Akanasu

Abstract

These experiments were carried out in vinyl house at Tsushima Experimental St ation, Okayama University, Japan from April 4, 1981 u n t i l July 9, 1981. The NaCl solution as treatments in the experiment I and I1 varied 0, 100; 1 000; 3 000; 5 000; 7 000 and 10 000 mg per l i t e r water. Eggplant of cult ivar (cv) Senryo was used in the experiment I and cultivar Akanasu in experiment 11. The results suggested that eggplant cult ivar d i f f e r i n t h e i r tolerance t o NaCl s a l t s . Low concent rat ion of NaCl solution accelerated vegetative and reproductive development of Senryo cultivar , Akanasu cultivar was very sensitive t o NaCl s a l t s ; a l l treatment s decreased it s vegetative development.
