The experiment was conducted on the Seed Campus of Bogor Agricultural University, Leuwikopo, Bogor from May 1986 to Nopember 1986. Fenology studies to determine the physiological maturity status have been done in this experiment. It reached 30 days after flowering. The factorial experiment consists of t h r e e f a c t o r s with CompletelyRandomized Design, i.e. Factor (1) Three levels of maturity : 27, 30 and 33 days a f t e r flowering; (2) Four levels of relative humidity: 40-45%, 50-55%, 60-65%, 75-80% ; (3) Four levels of storage periods : 0, 4, 8, 12 weeks. The storage was conducted in room temperature. The seed harvested before and after physiological maturity deteriorated after four weeks, while at physiological maturity it could be stored well within 12 weeks. The recommended relative humidity to store the snap bean seed is 60- 65%.id
