Spatial monthly water budget for the uppermost of Citarum Watershed have been developed based on soil water balance. CN-SCS, soil permeability distribution and soils-rocks hydraulic conductivity differences methods have been elaborated to separate runofi infiltration, percolation water and ground water recharge. input and output data have been stored under the form of GIS database format. This database could be represented as thematic maps of the local quantity of monthly waterresources components production as well as graphics of tabular data. Validation have been made by comparing the calculation result by hydrograph recorded at NanjungAWLR monitoring station. Calculation result still shows an important different to the measurement result. Improvement of calculation procedureis to be made to have a better result and reliability for the application in another region. Some data infrastructure problems arise during development this method are: spatial representatives of rainfall data, automatic land cover classification from satellite image, and lack of appropriate ( ~ 5o0o o) soil mapsfor many region in Indonesia.id
