      Abstract
      Coffee bean industry produce coffee husk as by product of producing coffee bean. Coffee husk can be used as firewood, even it has not been used on large scale. The objective of this research is to test the performance of drying performance of coffee berries in a drying system with a specially designed purnace using coffee husk as firewood. The testing was done using Robusta coffee in bulk with 15 cm, 20 cm and 30 cm thickness.
