Antimikroba Dari Streptococcus Lactis Dapat Digunakan Sebagai Pengawet Dan Antibiotik
Abstract
In this research was used as an antimicrobial substance wich produced by Streptococcus lactis for meat preservation and antibiotic for treatment of Salmonellossis in chicken. The crude of antimicrobial substance can preserve beef and chicken meat, on 10 % solution, by dipping or spraying methods. 20 % solution of antimicrobial substance has shown to cure Salmonellosis in chicken.
