Sperm motility is the main problem for honeybees reproduction both in natural and in artificial insemination. Sperm produced only by sexually mature drone. Semen samples were colected from the drone by the massage technique, this consists of massaging the abdomen of dronz. The motility is measured at various concentration of glucose and temperatures. The sexually mature drones wera observed in 99.06% (2 13/2 15) drones with rare hair on back and 76.28% (164/215) with the existence of yellow stripes in black abdomen. The average volumes of semen samples from each drones is 1.1 lpm . The average length of the sperm is 217.57p-n (1 07.50-412.50pm). The average length of sperm head is 7.52pm (5-10pm). Abnormalities of he sperm can be determined by its flipped tails, broken tails, double tails, and double heads with average of 19.83%, 12.75%, 6.4296, and 2.25% respectively. To conduct the artificial insemination, drones sperm should always be available. For this reason sperm should be preserved in an optimal condition storage temperatures and glucose concentration that contai~iing in dilution media. The highest motility is achieved when the sperm is kept in 0.9% glucose concentration (rid storage in 5OC temperature. In this condition 0.19~10sp~e rdml can survive up to 36 hours. Moreover, the higher concentration of sperrn motility up to 36 hours is achieved when sperm is kept in 5°C temperature with different levels of glucose in dilution media. However statistically i:i:zracrion between glucose and temperatures levels does not give significant affects.id
