Teknik RAPD Kelapa dengan Metode Ekstraksi DNA dan Kit PCR yang Berbeda

Abstract

The objectives of this research were to compare the results of Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) analysis of coconut DNA, extracted using either liquid nitrogen or sea sand, and amplified with different PCR kits. There was no significant differences of DNA banding petterns of coconut DNA, extracted using either liquid nitrogen or sea sand, and PCR kits used for the amplification reactions.
