An experiment was conducted to study the profile of hematological parameters in pregnant does. Hematological parameters measured were haemoglobin concentration, hematocrit value, erythrocyte and leucoqte counts with leucocyte differentiation. Fourteen experimental does used were fed fresh-field grass, concentrate and sodium block twice a day md free access to drinking water. Blood samples were drawn every other week starting from 2 months of pregnancy to 1.5 months post partum. After parturition, the experimental does were alloted into 5 groups: Control (K), Single (A), Twin (B), Single Abortus (C) and Twin Abortus @). The fluctuation of hematological parameters values can be seen on both Control and The Pregnant Gmups. The peak of those hematological values were seen at around 25 months and 5 monthssof pregnancy. The fluctuation of differentiation of leucocytes can also be seen on both Control and The Pregnant Groups. The increasement of leucocyte counts, mostly, is due to the increasement of neutrophyl and lymphocytes. Key words: goat, hematology, pregnancy.id
