      Kualitas udara sebelum, saat, dan setelah Pandemi COVID-19 di Provinsi DKI Jakarta

      Abstract
      Pandemi COVID-19 memberikan perubahan signifikan terhadap pola aktivitas masyarakat di Provinsi DKI Jakarta yang berpotensi memengaruhi kualitas udara perkotaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh faktor meteorologi (curah hujan dan kelembapan udara) serta volume kendaraan terhadap kualitas udara yang direpresentasikan oleh Indeks Standar Pencemar Udara (ISPU) di Provinsi DKI Jakarta selama periode 2019–2021. Data sekunder bulanan diperoleh dari instansi terkait dan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif, uji korelasi Pearson, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa nilai ISPU memiliki hubungan negatif sedang dengan curah hujan (r ˜ -0,485) dan hubungan negatif kuat dengan kelembapan udara (r ˜ -0,665), sedangkan hubungan antara ISPU dan volume kendaraan tergolong lemah (r ˜ 0,135). Model regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa kelembapan udara berpengaruh signifikan secara statistik terhadap ISPU dengan koefisien sekitar -1,84 (p < 0,05), sementara curah hujan dan volume kendaraan tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara parsial. Model mampu menjelaskan sekitar 44,7% variasi ISPU (R² ˜ 0,447). Secara temporal, nilai ISPU cenderung lebih rendah pada periode dengan curah hujan dan kelembapan tinggi serta meningkat pada musim kemarau. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa faktor meteorologi, khususnya kelembapan udara, berperan dominan dalam mengontrol fluktuasi kualitas udara Jakarta selama masa pandemi, meskipun sumber pencemar utama tetap berasal dari aktivitas antropogenik. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi dasar dalam perumusan kebijakan pengendalian pencemaran udara yang mengintegrasikan aspek meteorologi dan pengendalian emisi secara berkelanjutan.
       
      The COVID-19 pandemic caused significant changes in community activity patterns in DKI Jakarta Province, which potentially affected urban air quality. This study aims to analyze the influence of meteorological factors (rainfall and humidity) and traffic volume on air quality represented by the Air Pollution Standard Index (ISPU) in DKI Jakarta Province during the 2019–2021 period. Monthly secondary data were obtained from relevant agencies and analyzed using a quantitative descriptive approach, Pearson correlation test, and multiple linear regression. The results show that ISPU has a moderate negative correlation with rainfall (r ˜ -0.485) and a strong negative correlation with humidity (r ˜ -0.665), while the relationship between ISPU and traffic volume is weak (r ˜ 0.135). The multiple linear regression model indicates that humidity has a statistically significant effect on ISPU with a coefficient of approximately -1.84 (p < 0.05), whereas rainfall and traffic volume do not have significant partial effects. The model explains about 44.7% of the variation in ISPU (R² ˜ 0.447). Temporally, ISPU values tend to be lower during periods of high rainfall and humidity and increase during the dry season. These findings indicate that meteorological factors, particularly humidity, play a dominant role in controlling air quality fluctuations in Jakarta during the pandemic period, although the main sources of pollutants remain anthropogenic activities. The results of this study are expected to provide a scientific basis for formulating air pollution control policies that integrate meteorological aspects and sustainable emission control.
