      PEMANFAATAN JARINGAN LORAWAN DAN IoT UNTUK PEMANTAUAN IKLIM MIKRO SECARA REAL-TIME PADA PERKEBUNAN TEH

      Abstract
      Perkebunan teh memerlukan pemantauan intensif dalam pemeliharaan karena luasnya lahan. Kondisi iklim mikro yang tidak terkontrol pada perkebunan teh dapat mengganggu pertumbuhan dan kualitas produksi, sehingga memerlukan sistem pemantauan yang handal. Penelitian ini berhasil mengembangkan sebuah sistem pemantauan iklim mikro secara real-time untuk mengatasi tantangan tersebut. Komunikasi data menggunakan protokol LoRa terjadi antara modul Dragino LoRa Shield RFM96 915 MHz pada sisi transmitter (Arduino Uno) dan modul ESP LoRa Shield Dev 1 sebagai receiver (ESP32). Pada sisi transmitter, Arduino Uno mengakuisisi data dari multi-sensor yang mencakup suhu udara, kelembaban udara, suhu tanah, kelembaban tanah, dan intensitas cahaya. Data tersebut dikirimkan secara nirkabel via protokol LoRa dan diterima oleh ESP32 pada sisi receiver, yang kemudian meneruskannya ke platform cloud Thingspeak melalui koneksi WiFi untuk visualisasi data secara real-time. Hasil pengujian selama empat hari pada jarak 1 km membuktikan keefektifan dan keandalan sistem dalam memantau kondisi iklim mikro, sehingga dapat mendukung pengelolaan perkebunan teh yang lebih presisi dan optimal.
       
      Tea plantations require intensive monitoring due to their large area. This research successfully developed a real-time microclimate monitoring system for a tea plantation to enable better control of plant conditions. The system's core communication utilizes the LoRa protocol, implemented between a Dragino LoRa Shield RFM96 915 MHz module on the transmitter side (Arduino Uno) and an ESP LoRa Shield Dev 1 module on the receiver side (ESP32). The transmitter unit acquires data from multiple sensors measuring air temperature, air humidity, soil temperature, soil moisture, and light intensity. This data is transmitted wirelessly via LoRa and received by the ESP32, which then forwards it to the Thingspeak cloud platform via Wi-Fi for real-time visualization. A four-day field test over a 1 km distance confirmed the system's effectiveness and reliability in monitoring microclimate conditions, demonstrating its potential to support precise and optimal tea plantation management.
